We're sad to see you go! However, if you're needing to cancel your website, please fill out the form below to proceed with cancellation. Plans can be cancelled at any time, provided the minimum number of payments required under your contract term have been paid.
We require 30 days written notice to cancel. After submitting your cancellation request below, you will be provided a website service cancellation form to fill out and sign. If you need to cancel before the end of your 1-year (12 payments) or 2-year (24 payments) commitment, you will only be required to pay the remaining balance of your contract term at the time of termination. There is no early termination fee; only the outstanding contract balance will be due.
After receiving the signed service cancellation form and receipt of any remaining payments required under your commitment and any outstanding balance owed to Matchstick Studio, LLC, you will be provided all your "User Content" used on your website if requested. Graphics, images, and videos will be provided in a zip file, and text is available to you in its current form on the website as it stands. Your "User Content" does not include HTML, CSS, Javascript, or any associated code files generated by or associated with the Modular Orange Platform, as these are the intellectual property of Matchstick Studio.
