All Modular Orange websites are designed and built with no upfront costs, but do require a minimum of 24 monthly payments. Please see our FAQ's below for details
All websites include email and phone support for typical tasks such as changing text or a photo or help resetting a password or adding a user to your website. We cap this at a maxium of 45 minutes of included support each month. If you need more than the included support - we're here to help! We have multiple support opitons available to suit your unique needs.
We do not charge anything upfront but instead require a minimum of 24 monthly payments. After 24 months, your website is billed month-to-month for as long as you would like the website to remain online.

We cap this at a maxium of 45 minutes of included support each month. 95% of Modular Orange customers never need any more than this. For those that need more frequent support or need help designing and creating new sections and pages on a frequent basis, we offer more robust support packages below.
If you have an unusual support request such as domain migration or changes, 3rd party integrations, or custom development requests that will be beyond the included monthly support but won't have ongoing support needs, we can simply bill hourly for the one-time request.
We are more than happy to help create a logo for your business. We offer logo design as an additional service and can provide pricing upon request.
What if I don't have photos for my website?
If you need photos, we can recommend a few websites for you to either purchase stock images or download for free. If you'd like our designers to select stock photos for you, we can do that for an additional fee. We can also shoot original photography for an additional price.
Your website is initially created with a set number of custom page designs depending on the website package you select. From there, you can create an unlimited number of additional pages, posts, or products based on those design styles.
Absolutely! Our Matchstick Framework makes it extremely easy to add, edit, and remove content from a simple front-end interface. Everything from text and images to forms and sections can be quickly and intuitively edited, saving you time and money. We even have a built-in media library where you can search and select from thousands of free stock images at any time.
Modular Orange is a product of Matchstick Studio. This is a full-service creative studio located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and offers sound strategy, accessible designs, effective content, and intuitive technology. Pretty much your go-to team for any marketing needs.
In most cases, yes, we can help transfer content from other CMS platforms.
In most cases, yes, we can accommodate integrating third-party services. These are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service and website level selected.
We do have an E-Commerce Upgrade with Shopify. We can set up a store on your website and take payments through Shopify Payments. Contact us for more information!
Plans can be cancelled at any time as long as the minimum 24 payments have been made.
We require 30 days written notice to cancel. Upon receipt of cancellation notice, you will be provided a website service cancellation form to fill out and sign. If you need to cancel before 24 months, you have the option to pay out your term monthly or pay the remainder of your contract all at once. After receiving the signed service cancellation form and receipt of any remaining of the 24 minimum payments and any outstanding balance owed to Matchstick Studio, LLC, you will be provided all your "user content" (as defined in our Terms of Service) used on your website if requested. Graphics, images and videos will be provided in a zip file and text is available to you in its current form on the website as it stands. Your "User Content" does not include HTML, CSS, Javascript or any associated code files generated by or associated with the Modular Orange Platform and are the intellectual property of Matchstick Studio.
We believe a website is a core piece of any business and that it should be consistently monitored and maintained. Monthly payments allow us to keep your website up-to-date with the latest technology and security updates so you never fall behind. It also helps businesses better plan their expenses.
Everything your website needs to function is included in the monthly price such as hosting, your SSL certificate and use of the Modular Orange platform. During our onboarding process, we do offer a number of completely optional add on features such as Google Analytics, logo creation, and social media graphics packages. These options come with their own pricing.
If you have an unusual support request such as domain migration or changes, 3rd party integrations, or custom development requests we can simply bill hourly for the request or provide a quote if requested. We can not guarantee that all customer requests can be implemented in the Modular Orange platform.
We understand that life happens—credit cards expire, and banking information changes, making it easy to overlook updating every necessary account. Our policy is designed to be extremely lenient, allowing your website to fall behind on payments for up to three months before it is taken down for non-payment. We believe this three-month period provides ample time to resolve any payment issues, and unfortunately, we cannot offer extensions beyond this timeframe.
To help you stay on track, we will send you reminders to update your payment method before any action is taken on your website.
If your website falls more than 2 months behind on payments a second time, we will require auto-pay to be enabled, and a $25 late fee will be applied to each invoice that is more than five days overdue.
Our +4 Support Package adds up to 4 hours of additional website support each month and is added onto your monthly website bill.
