All Modular Orange websites are designed and built with no upfront costs, but do require a minimum of 24 monthly payments. Please see our FAQ's below for details
All websites include email and phone support for typical tasks such as changing text or a photo or help resetting a password or adding a user to your website. We cap this at a maxium of 45 minutes of included support each month. If you need more than the included support - we're here to help! We have multiple support opitons available to suit your unique needs.
We do not charge anything upfront but instead require a minimum of 24 monthly payments. After 24 months, your website is billed month-to-month for as long as you would like the website to remain online.

For those that need more frequent support or need help designing and creating new sections and pages on a frequent basis, we offer more robust support packages below.
If you have an unusual support request that will be time-intensive but won't have ongoing support needs, we can simply bill hourly for the one-time request or provide you with an upfront quote.
We are more than happy to help create a logo for your business. We offer logo design as an additional service and can provide pricing upon request.
What if I don't have photos for my website?
If you need photos, we can recommend a few websites for you to either purchase stock images or download for free. If you'd like our designers to select stock photos for you, we can do that for an additional fee. We can also shoot original photography for an additional price.
Your website is initially created with a set number of custom page designs depending on the website package you select. From there, you can create an unlimited number of additional pages, posts, or products based on those design styles.
Absolutely! Our Matchstick Framework makes it extremely easy to add, edit, and remove content from a simple front-end interface. Everything from text and images to forms and sections can be quickly and intuitively edited, saving you time and money. We even have a built-in media library where you can search and select from thousands of free stock images at any time.

Plans can be cancelled at any time as long as the minimum 24 payments have been made.
Once you've reached 24 months you have the opportunity to give your site a full refresh with the help of our professional writers and designs. You simply continue with your payments for an additional 24 months.
