Modular Orange is a proprietary website platform owned by Matchstick Studio, LLC. Modular Orange includes, but is not limited to, sites, designs, products, applications, tools, services, features, website designs, templates, layouts, components, platform-generated markup, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, backend files, database structures, integrations, administrative tools, design systems, and associated source code and files generated by, associated with, or used in connection with the Modular Orange platform.

Except where expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Matchstick Studio, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to Modular Orange and all related platform technology, code, files, tools, templates, designs, structures, layouts, systems, and platform-generated materials.

Public Access Is Not a License

Some Modular Orange files and platform-generated materials may be publicly delivered to web browsers as part of the normal operation of a website. Public browser delivery, caching, viewing source, inspection through developer tools, indexing, downloading, or scraping does not grant any ownership interest, license, permission, or right to copy, modify, clone, scrape, rehost, redistribute, reuse, sublicense, or create derivative works from Modular Orange, any Modular Orange website, or any Modular Orange platform file.

Client Content

Client-provided content remains the property of the applicable client or rights holder. Client content may include items such as client-provided text, images, logos, videos, documents, and other materials supplied by or on behalf of the client.

Client content does not include Modular Orange platform files, platform-generated markup, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, templates, layouts, design systems, components, tools, features, backend files, database structures, integrations, or other code or files generated by, associated with, or used in connection with Modular Orange.

Third-Party Components

Some Modular Orange files may include third-party, open-source, or externally licensed components. Those components remain subject to their respective copyright notices, license terms, and attribution requirements.

Nothing in this notice is intended to remove, limit, replace, or supersede any applicable third-party rights or license terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable third-party license terms and applicable law, Matchstick Studio, LLC owns its original code, modifications, improvements, enhancements, adaptations, integrations, selections, arrangements, configurations, platform-specific implementations, generated output, templates, design systems, and other protectable contributions created by or for Matchstick Studio, LLC in connection with Modular Orange.

No Transfer of Rights

Access to a website powered by Modular Orange does not transfer ownership of Modular Orange or any Modular Orange platform file. Use of a Modular Orange website does not create a license to copy, scrape, clone, rehost, redistribute, modify, reuse, sublicense, or create derivative works from the website, design, structure, layout, source code, platform-generated files, or related platform assets.

Any rights not expressly granted in writing by Matchstick Studio, LLC are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Matchstick Studio, LLC, the following are prohibited:

• Copying, scraping, cloning, downloading, importing, converting, or rehosting Modular Orange websites or platform files;
• Modifying, redistributing, sublicensing, or reusing Modular Orange platform files;
• Creating derivative websites, templates, designs, tools, platforms, or systems based on Modular Orange;
• Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright notices, platform notices, file names, identifiers, comments, metadata, or attribution;
• Using Modular Orange files, designs, layouts, templates, or platform-generated output in a competing or replacement website, hosting environment, migration process, import process, conversion tool, or website builder.
